Well we could use rules for the chat. Like something to the effect keep thread topics on the thread not on the chat.

I think we could implement chat box but give cutomized access, for people that are active and bring new members.

No to chat box. We have already annoying people that comes here and stays online for over an hour without posting ANYTHING!
Another suggestion, can we please automatically disconnect members who are doing this?!

Yes it can be done. The forum holds statistics for this and I will delete accounts from people who are here posting a thing or two just to escape from auto pruning system.
